\n\t\tWHO WE ARE\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Three generations give life to Bodegas Pastor. Its founder, Mr. RAFAEL PASTOR began this activity in the fifties, transmitting his passion for the elaboration of handmade wines to his son JOS\u00c9 MIGUEL, who in turn, teaches day by day this profession to his family. Much time has passed since then, techniques have evolved and the winery has adapted to the demands of changing markets, however, one maxim has always remained; the quality of the wines above all else. And so today, we find wines full of strength that have managed to maintain the artisanal character that gave birth to them.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tOUR VINEYARDS\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Nestled in the province of La Rioja (Spain), in the town of ENTRENA and with a special orography, very close to the Moncalvillo mountain range, our vineyards grow among oaks, oaks and holm oaks. Bodegas Pastor currently has 60 HECTARES OF OWN VINEYARDS distributed in several areas of our town. As a result of this location and the HARD AND ARID SOILS, we obtain grapes of UNBEATABLE QUALITY from the traditional Rioja varieties (Viura in whites and Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Garnacha in reds). Our harvests are the reflection of our work, the diversity of the field, the land, the climate, in short, the place, make Bodegas Pastor the leader in the cultivation of grapes and the production of the best wine, in all its varieties.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"img-nuestros_vin\u0303edos-bodegas_Pastor\"\n\t\t\t\t\"img-nuestra_bodega-bodegas_Pastor\"\n

\n\t\tOUR WINERY\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

In 1994 the family winery was renovated and equipped with the best technology required for the production of quality wines. A winemaking facility with a capacity of 260,000 liters, French and American oak barrels, care and pamper the wines until they reach their destination. At Bodegas Pastor we treat the grape as the main element between earth and man, its maximum control, our personal dedication and passion for what is well done, makes our winery something exclusive.<\/p>\n\t

Made from a selection of 100% Viura grapes from the arid vines of the Entrena region. COLOR: Attractive pale color, with greenish reflections, very bright and cheerful. IN NOSE: Clean with good intensity, with notes of reineta apple and citrus fruits characteristic of the Viura variety. IN MOUTH: Smooth and dry, with balanced acidity. Cheerful, lively, pleasant and persistent. Serving temperature 5 – 8\u00baC.<\/p>\n\t
